The following guidelines were designed to help you make the most of your visits to The Maher Sports and Wellness Centre.
To Schedule or Cancel an Appointment
Please email us at appointments@maherPT.com to schedule or cancel an appointment.
Our Physical Therapists treat only one patient at a time. Your appointment represents time set aside especially for you.
If you find that you cannot keep your appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. By doing so, you give us the opportunity to schedule another patient.
Failure to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or "no-shows" may result in a cancellation charge of up to $50 per appointment. This charge must be paid in full prior to rescheduling.
Fees, Payment and Insurance
Our fees are based on the complexity of your problem and the time it takes to evaluate and treat it.
We require full payment when services are rendered.
We will provide you with receipts if you need to submit them to your insurance company.
